Aviation Tax Consulting is a law firm that focuses its practice on aircraft transactions and aircraft tax planning. Owning and operating an aircraft goes beyond just forming a new limited liability company or corporation to hold the aircraft. Using an aircraft to further your business takes careful planning and compliance considerations. We work with your existing advisors to integrate your aircraft into your business and offer flexible FLAT-FEE year-to- year engagements with no long term commitments to suit a variety of owners and operators.
